Theres not that long between the 2nd and third images but i think that just shows how much can change in just over 2 weeks.
So 82 days from the first image, clean eating and exercise is what it has taken for me to get where i am now…I’m really happy with my progress from that first photo. Also I’m happy to see some leg progress comparing the 1st and 2nd photo!
..makes me wanna lace up and start running.
